Rebecca Brenner, Ph.D.
ReRebecca Brenner is a nutritionist and writer, interested in reviving do-it-yourself projects in her kitchen, her home, and her community. She writes a monthly column, The Alchemical Kitchen, for Catalyst Magazine and can be seen regularly on Park City TV in her cooking and localism segments.
Rebecca is the head cook and preservation teacher at Copper Moose Farm as well as owner of Park City Holistic health through which she works with individuals, families, and local community organizations, helping them to create a sustainable nutrition plan for a life of wellness and joy. Rebecca holds a Ph.D. in Holistic Nutrition.
