At 4137 East Anaheim St. in Long Beach Ca. stands alone Frenchy’s Bistro.  At a glance it looks no more than a small shack in the middle of nowhere but that’s where the similarities end. They have taken some of the best classical dishes and truly made them their own; with quality ingredients and a fresh approach this is an experience you will cherish.  It's like being a kid eating a great family meal at home.

With an extensive wine bar menu that includes over 20 quality reds and white wines from the great regions of France and small delightful appetizers like their small crab bisque, you are really in for a great treat. Moving on to the lunch menu, which has over 12 choices all for $16 each, you'll find featured items such as sautéed calamari steaks with a great provencal sauce and herb wild rice blend which is a real must try.  For those who feel like having something light there is a slow cooked duck breast salad with crisp organic greens and raspberry dressing that really pairs well.

Take III - the final scene.  Now we move on to the Dinner Menu which features some great dishes.  One of their featured dishes is a classic Braised Beef Short Rib that is just full of flavor.  Paired with a glass of cabernet this is truly great food simplified and perfected.

Don’t take my word for it, go out there and try it for yourself and you will see that Frenchy’s Bistro has great service and great food which equals a great experience. Frenchy’s Bistro is open for lunch on Friday’s only from 11:30am - 2:30pm, and for dinner Tuesday through Sunday from 5:50pm – 9:30pm and closed on Mondays.
